First and foremost I would like to say a BIG thank you to you Sharon and Harj for the efforts over the weekend.

You did an absolutely “amazing” job.

We worked with Pink Kajol for my sisters wedding over a three day period. They did her bridal henna, bridal hair, all the guest’s henna and the bridesmaids’ hair.

Fantastic work, so creative, hard working and talented and adapted to us and our very difficult ways!! And they did it with a smile on their faces the whole time, so friendly and charmed everyone very much.

An absolute pleasure to work with, left a lasting impression with the whole family and I will definitely be calling you for the next wedding!!

I cannot recommend these girls enough. They are very professional and yet have an ability to fit into the family. They totally made my family and I feel relaxed and confident in their work.

I hadn't met or spoken with Sharan or Harj before, as I was coming from Scotland to London to attend my sister's engagement party and they had been booked by my brother-in-law.

I met them on the day and was completely blown away by their friendly, down-to-earth, easygoing nature. Although I had never met them before, I felt as if known them for ages.

They instantly created a very relaxed environment and eased the tension. They were also very professional and completed my hair and make up on time and to my satisfaction. They worked hard to give me the look I wanted and were very happy to adjust the look if it needed to be done.

They also helped me with my jewelry and saree, and needless to say, the saree, jewelry and make stayed on perfectly throughout the day despite all the travelling, driving, walking and dancing I did.

They are lovely people with a real talent of making you look good and I'm definitely going to get my make-up done by them for the reception party next year. Sharan and Harj, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

My sister and I asked Pink Kajol to do our hair & Make-up for our brothers wedding. They were extremely professional and friendly both during the consultation and then on the day of the event. They were totally open with us, making recommendations as to what would work well for us - taking into account colours and styles of clothing. Well where do I start!

When I and my two daughters were looking for professional make up artists to work their magic, (for my daughter Anndeep’s wedding on May 3rd 2009) we were not expecting to find such professionalism that far exceeded our expectations.

Before we contacted Harj & Sharan we & Anndeep had several make-up/hair trials from various artists who claimed to be professional, but our experience with them was not the case. Our wishes were not listened to and I especially found that apart from the bride to be they were not interested in how the other members of the family (even the mother of the bride!) were to look, and some of them would only deal with the bride & bridal make-up, so instantly I and my other daughter Kiranjeet were excluded from the experience straight away. They had no shame in advertising the fact that the wedding day is all about the Bride and not the Family!!

However, God bless Harj & Sharan!!  They changed all this and restored my faith in humanity! From the first trial, consultation process, to the wedding day itself we were made to feel special by Harj & Sharan. They listened to all our requests, they gave us quality advice about co-ordinating outfits with colours of make-up and different hair designs and we had no doubts that we would achieve the look that we wanted for the special day.

When both the girls came to the house they instantly became part of our family, they have such rapport they kept us laughing even when our stress levels were dangerously high! We were made to feel at ease so much so that we had no worries about the big day and how we would look as we knew and trusted Harj & Sharan to take care of us. We could not believe our luck and each visit became a unique pampering experience.

The girls are extremely punctual and true to their word, they are honest and tell it like it is so you will be guaranteed the truth at every stage. We were so happy with the service that we received, that we contacted the girls again after the wedding to work their magic again for another function, and again they far exceeded our expectations.

I personally want to say a very big thank you to Harj & Sharan for being such professional, caring and loving girls, I speak from the heart when I say that I am glad we were blessed enough to meet you, share our special time with you and grow to love you so much in such a small length of time. I feel that I have gained two very beautiful daughters and for that I am eternally grateful. And best of all I know that for future weddings/functions we do not have to go through that awful process we endured before meeting you!! We know that we have our make-up artists who we trust and we would recommend Harj & Sharan every time.
